Fangchenggang and Guangxi University to Cooperate

Fangchenggang municipal government signed an agreement with Guangxi University on July 10 to deepen strategic cooperation, Fangchenggang Daily reported.

Jin Xiangjun, Fangchenggang municipal Party secretary, briefly introduced the state of economic and social development in the city at the signing ceremony. He hoped that the cooperation could make it easier for the Guangxi University to provide more support and preferential policies to Fangchenggang in education and talent resources and further strengthen communication between the two sides.

Liu Zhengdong, secretary of the Party Committee of Guangxi University, thanked Fangchenggang municipal government for the support it provided for such a cooperation, saying, "It is the obligatory duty of Guangxi University to serve for national strategy and local development. Guangxi University is willing to play a positive role in promoting the economic and social development of Fangchenggang by giving full play to its advantages and broadening cooperation areas."

According to the agreement, Guangxi University will develop and maintain close cooperation with Fangchenggang in talent cultivation, educational training, scientific research and decision-making.
