13-day Vietnam China Guangxi Tour

Day 1 Hong Kong or Guangzhou/Guilin
Upon arrival in Guilin, your private guide will welcome you and pick you up at Guilin Liangjiang International Airport with a comfortable, chauffeured, private car. Your guide will help you check in.

After dinner, you will the Two River and Four Lakes Scenic Area, refering to the landscape including Li River (the part within the city), Taohua (Peach Blossom) River, Mulong Lake, Gui Lake, Rong Lake, and Shan Lake. Enjoy the light vision of Guilin downtown at night. (You can choose walking or by boat)
 

Day 2 Guilin

Site Visited: Reed Flute Cave, Elephant Trunk Hill, Daxu Ancient Town  
After breakfast in the hotel, we will take a morning drive to visit Daxu Ancient Town. Then visit Elephant Trunk Hill and Fubo Hill located on the bank of Li River, with the beautiful karst rock sights.  Later you will be driven to Reed Flute Cave, which has been a favorite site in Guilin for over 1,200 years. The cave is famous for its bizarre stalactite and stalagmite formations. It got its name from the reeds which grew around the entrance.


Day 3 Guilin/Yangshuo

Places to visit: Li River Cruise, Yangshuo Town, West Street
Morning drive to the pier for a wonderful cruise along the Li River down to Yangshuo (3.5-5hrs). A simple buffet lunch is served but this does not meet our service standards, therefore we advise customers to have a large breakfast at their hotel. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, you're to do some free exploration in the town and the West Street.


Day 4 Yangshuo/Longsheng

Places to visit: Yulong River, Longji Rice Terraces
Enjoy a morning biking along the Yulong River to see the poetic natural scenery of Yangshuo's countryside; the paddy field and orchards that surround the famous mountains will give a fascinating insight into life in rural China. on the way, you can pay a visit to the local farmer's family.
 
An afternoon drive (about 2.5 hours) from Yanghuo to Longji Rice Terraces. And then you will enjoy the dusk view of rice terraces around Zhuang and Yao minority villages.  The terraces look like ribbons as they wind from the foot to the top of some hills. The villages feature traditional architecture where no nails are used in construction. The different minority customs and dress are especially interesting.  


Day 5 Longsheng/Guilin/Nanning

Site Visited: Huangluo Yao Village
Enjoy a morning visit to Huangluo Yao Village to meet long-hair wowen and watch the ethnic performance. In the late afternoon you will be driven back to Guilin train station to

take 3 hours' bullet train to Nanning.


Day 6 Nanning/Detian
Meals: B,L,D
Site Visited: Detian Waterfall
In the morning after having breakfast in your hotel, your local guide will meet you and you will be driven Nanning to the famous Detian Waterfall.

 
Day 7 Detian/Bama
Meals: B,L,D
Site Visited: Shui Bo Tian Chuang, Bama Longevity Village
after arriving in Bama, your local guide will meet you and you will be driven to have Bama Longevity Feast as lunch, then you will be taken to visit Shui Bo Tian Chuang scenic spot and bama longevity village, where you can meet and take photos with people of longevity.


Day 8 Bama
Meals: B,L,D
Site Visited: Baimo Cave, Renshou Villa, Fire Performance
In the morning after having breakfast in your hotel, your local guide will meet you and you will be driven to the Baimo Tiankeng and Renshou Villa. After Dinner you will be enjoying the fire performance with the locals.


Day 9 Bama/Nanning/Hanoi
Meals: B, L,D
Site Visited: Panyang River
In the morning after having breakfast in your hotel, your local guide will meet you and you will be driven to the Panyang River for a aerobic walking. Then you will be driven to Nanning. The rest of the day will be yours to explore Nanning city. In the evening, you will take an overnight internationaltrain from Nanning to Hanoi.


Day 10 Hanoi
Meals: B, L
Site Visited: Fine Arts Meseum, Hanoi's Old Quarter
The international train will arrive in the early morning in Hanoi. Your local guide will meet you and you will be driven for a breakfast and then to visit the Fine Arts Museum. Later, explore Hanoi's bustling Old Quarter.


Day 11: Hanoi/Halong Bay

Site Visited: Halong Bay
After breakfast in your hotel, you will be taken to the 'Jewel in the Crown of Vietnam', Halong Bay. Cruise around the emerald waters, taking in the spectacular scenery, before returning to Hanoi.


Day 12: Hanoi

Site Visited: Ho Chi Minh Complex, Temple of Literature
After breakfast in your hotel, you will be driven to visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, where you will see the Humble House on Stilts and One Pillar Pagoda. Afterwards drive to the Temple of Literature. This afternoon enjoy a performance of the famous Water Puppets.


Day 13 Hanoi Departure
Meals: B
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven to the airport for your flight to next destination.

Transportation cost covers all the domestic airfare of economy class with airport tax, train tickets between the cities as the itinerary specified.


Transfer between airports, railway station, hotels and scenic spots for sightseeing around the cities that are specified by the itinerary with private air conditioned vehicle with driver and English-speaking guide. Separate arrivals and departures will incur extra charges.


Entrance Fees:

All entrance fees to the scenic spots listed in the itinerary. The final arrangement will be determined by private tour guides depends on the real-time local circumstances wheather are beyond the control of Access China Travel. We will adhere to the original itinerary as accurately as possible.


Normal Meals:

All normal meals as the itinerary specified: B = breakfast, L = Lunch, D = dinner in local restaurant. Breakfasts are served in hotel, breakfasts have Chinese or Western style for your option; Lunches are served in carefully selected quality local Chinese restaurants with best service, your lunches will be ordered by your guide catering to your preferences within normal standard. Dinners as the itinerary specified will be also served in local Chinese restaurants. The meal quotation is normalized. If you have any special request about meals, like vegetarian, famous rare dishes, Indian food or more, please inform us in advance. For the unspecified dinners, you will have dinner on your own. Feel free to ask your local guide for suggestions or recommendation.


Private Sightseeing Escort:

Normal sightseeing activities as the itinerary listed will be escorted with English-speaking guide. The English-speaking guide and driver in each city are with you throughout the entire itinerary around that city. They do not fly with you from one city to another.


Hotel Accommodation:

Hotel service criterion: two adults share on one standard twin/double-bed room; solo traveler who want to occupy one twin/double-bed room assigned is required for extra single supplement rate. A single room is available on prior request at an additional cost; if a recommended hotel unavailable, it will be replaced by one of the same class. All hotels as the itinerary listed serve daily western or Chinese breakfast. All rooms are air-conditioned with private facilities unless specified.
