Nanning Airport Makes Sales Promotion in Fangchenggang

Nanning Airport held a promotion event in the Gangkou district of Fangchenggang, Guangxi, on the afternoon of Feb 9.

Nanning Airport carried out three sales promotion measures in 2015, by implementing combined air and railway transportation, free airport shuttle buses for railway passengers and free accommodation for morning flight passengers.

The air-railway combined transportation measure provides the highest subsidy available of 70 yuan ($11.2) per capita for railway passengers. If the ticket is less than 70 yuan, the amount of the subsidy will be equal to the ticket price. The measure takes effect from Feb 9 to Dec 31, 2015. Passengers taking Guangxi high-speed rails, bullet trains and other trains to connect with a flight at the Nanning Airport on the same day can enjoy the subsidy. An identification card, railway ticket and boarding check are needed for the application.

Passengers can take an airport shuttle bus for free, subject to providing a railway ticket and ID card. Moreover, if an appointment is made one day in advance, passengers can enjoy free accommodation at the airport hotel if their flights take off before 9 am the next morning. The two measures take effect from Feb 10 to Dec 31, 2015.
