Li Junlong’s Paintings Exhibited in Liuzhou

An opening ceremony for a painting exhibition by Li Junlong was held at Liuzhou Art Museum on June 13, according to Liuzhou Daily. The exhibition will continue until June 22.

Li Junlong, Guangxi-born traditional Chinese painter, also served as director of the Guangxi Artists Association and distinguished professor of Guangxi Teachers Education University.

This is Li’s first solo painting exhibition. Liuzhou, with its cultural ambience, is ideal for the exhibition.

Li, who is interested in traditional Chinese culture, has been studying traditional Chinese painting for over 10 years and formed a special personal style in painting Buddhism and Taoism figures.

Heads of Liuzhou municipal committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) also attended the ceremony.
